Who's taking part?
Around 30 schools from across the Highlands and Islands have registered to take part, from all across the Highlands and Islands, with schools from all the region's local authorities - Shetland, Orkney, the Western Isles, Argyll and Bute, Highland and Moray.
Details of regional heats will be posted here shortly.

How do I register?
Teachers should register at BGC@hient.co.uk, stating the name of the school and a contact phone number and email address.
How many teams can I enter?
A maximum of 2 teams can enter for each school. In-class debates will be held in schools to help pick the teams that will compete in The Big Green Challenge.
