How many teams can I enter?
A maximum of 2 teams can enter for each school. Last year, some schools held their own school heats to pick teams before entering The Big Green Challenge.
How much does it cost to enter?
The Big Green Challenge is FREE! What's more you can enter to win some great prizes for your school.
I've heard of a quiz called 'The Path Is Green' is it the same as 'The Big Green Challenge'?
No, The Big Green Challenge is run by Highlands and Islands Enterprise and is a debating competition open to 1st, 2nd and 3rd years in the Highlands and Islands area. The Path Is Green is a campaign to encourage young people to consider a career in renewables run by Careers Scotland.
What support materials will I get?
We will be sending out an information pack to all schools with details on the competition and how to enter. The pack will also contain some hints and tips to get you started. We will also be sending out regular newsletters and updating The Big Green Challenge website so watch this space.
